More than just a big box!
Unlike the large mega-gyms, at farahfitness we strive to build a sense of community. We take the time to get to know each and every participant, their exercise goals and physical fitness levels. This allows us to ensure that your workout remains enjoyable and effective while reducing any negative impact on your body stemming from prior injuries. Further, all our members are encouraged to attend our periodic outdoor events including paddle boarding, group hikes and beer-b-que's. We believe in a healthy balance of fitness and fun! Don't take our word for it, stop by sometime and ask our regulars what keeps them coming back!!

INCLINE CLUB: "Don't workout to get better at working out,
work out to get better at LIFE!!" Join the farahfitness Incline Club
and see why all that sweating in class pays off. The Manitou Incline
can be described as the stairmaster from hell. A vertical climb
of 2000 feet (from 6,530 to 8,550 foot elevation) in less than
a mile (0.92 miles to be exact). Join us for an exhilarating outdoor
workout. Friends and family are welcome to join us.

Warrior Dash 2011:
On Aug. 21st, 2011, sixteen farahfitness participants took Copper Mountain by storm for the wildly fun and insane Warrior Dash competition. All sixteen completed the grueling obstacle course.

in Exercise Science and an extensive background in group exercise as well as one-on-one personal instruction. farahfitness instructors facilitate fun,
exciting and varied programs where every participant is encouraged to reach their full fitness potential. Farah has created invigorating exercise programs using
a number of different exercise disciplines. There is something for everyone and the small group aspect creates a climate of camaraderie
as well as an encouraging fitness support system. Farah is also available for event, party and personal fitness facilitation.
